1. Who This Notice Covers
This notice describes information handling for the Atlas Finishes public website, project inquiries, uploaded project files, inventory-access requests and newsletter preferences. The website is operated by AAF & LIMITED CO. d/b/a Atlas Finishes, based in Las Vegas, Nevada. Separate services may provide additional notices. This notice does not describe the privacy practices of a manufacturer or other independent business merely because we link to it.
2. Information You Provide
Depending on the form, we receive your name, company, email, telephone number, property or project location, surface type, timing, material codes, project notes and files you choose to upload. An inventory-access request may include your intended use. Newsletter preferences record an email address, language, subscription or withdrawal choice, date and the version of the consent wording. Required fields are identified on the relevant form; a general inquiry does not require subscribing to marketing.
3. Project Photos and Attachments
Files can contain personal information beyond their visible contents, including filenames and embedded metadata. Review them before uploading. Share only material you are authorized to provide, and avoid government identifiers, payment-card data, passwords, medical records, unnecessary personal images and sensitive building-security details. Project attachments are stored through the website's private file-storage service. Notification messages can contain filenames and protected download links; access to those links requires an approved owner identity.
4. Technical Data and Analytics
Hosting and security services process technical request information, which can include IP address, browser, device information, requested URL, time and security signals. The production website loads Google Analytics to measure page views and interactions such as project-form use. Our analytics initialization removes URL query parameters from the page-location and referrer values it supplies; that is a data-minimization measure, not a statement that browsing is anonymous. Google and the hosting providers process technical data under their applicable arrangements and notices.
5. Cookies and Browser Storage
Inventory access uses security cookies for form protection and authorized sessions. Inventory favorites may be saved in local browser storage so that the same browser can remember your selected finish codes. Analytics providers may use cookies or similar technology. Browser settings can block or remove cookies and local storage, which can also sign you out or erase saved finishes. This notice does not represent that the website currently offers a universal cookie-preference center or that every browser signal is automatically recognized.
6. How We Use Information
We use inquiry information to review scope, assess suitable next steps, coordinate samples or supply, communicate with the contact provided and maintain project records. Access requests support manual review and controlled inventory access. Technical data supports delivery, troubleshooting, analytics and abuse prevention. Newsletter choices are kept separately from a project inquiry so that an optional marketing choice does not replace your request for project follow-up. Information may also be used to comply with legal duties, document transactions and protect legitimate rights.
7. Service Providers and Disclosure
The website uses hosted website infrastructure, database and object-storage services associated with Sites and Cloudflare, Google Analytics, and FormSubmit for inquiry notifications to info@atlasfinishes.com. Inquiry records may be available through the company's access-controlled CRM connection. Providers process the data needed to deliver their role. We may share relevant project details with a supplier, installer or professional when needed to respond to or perform your request; do not assume that a general inquiry is a confidentiality agreement. Information may also be disclosed where legally required or necessary to address security, fraud or a business transfer, subject to applicable safeguards.
8. Email Choices
A project inquiry authorizes a response about that inquiry; the separate newsletter checkbox records an optional request for marketing updates. You can save a withdrawal preference in the News page or contact info@atlasfinishes.com with the relevant email address and an unsubscribe request. Saving a preference does not mean an email has already been sent or that a fixed publishing schedule exists. Administrative communications concerning your request, access or an existing transaction may still be necessary after a marketing withdrawal.
9. Retention
Retention depends on the purpose and context, including inquiry follow-up, project performance, contractual records, tax or legal requirements, dispute handling and security. We do not promise that all records are automatically deleted after a single fixed interval. Duplicate records, backups, email copies and provider systems can have different retention cycles. Contact us to request review of information associated with your identity; we will assess the request and any lawful need to retain particular records.
10. Security and Your Responsibilities
We use access restrictions and the security features of the hosted services to limit access to project records and attachments. No internet transmission, device or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Keep inventory codes and account credentials private, use appropriate devices and networks, and notify us if you believe access or submitted information has been compromised. Do not include secrets or unnecessary sensitive information in a public-form submission.
11. Requests and Applicable Rights
You may contact us to ask about access, correction, deletion or an objection concerning your information. Depending on your location and the law that applies, additional rights, restrictions, exceptions or verification requirements may apply. We may request information reasonably needed to verify your identity and understand the scope; do not send identity documents until we arrange an appropriate method. A request does not guarantee deletion of records that must lawfully be retained. This notice does not assert that every regional privacy law applies to this business or waive any right that does apply.
12. Children, External Services and Location
This commercial website is intended for adults arranging business or property-related services, not for collecting information from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us. External catalogs, manufacturer websites, maps, sign-in services and other linked tools have their own practices. Hosted services and providers can process information in the United States or other locations used to operate their service; protections and legal requirements can differ by location.
13. Contact and Updates
For a privacy request, email info@atlasfinishes.com with the subject Privacy Request, identify the service or page involved and describe your request. You can also call (725) 315-0569 to arrange a suitable way to discuss it. Do not include passwords, full account credentials or sensitive identity documents in an initial message. We may update this notice as the website or practices change; the date shown identifies the current published version. An update does not remove rights provided by applicable law.
