MATERIAL WARRANTY OVERVIEW

5-year material
warranty overview.

A plain-language guide to the material warranty for eligible Atlas architectural film projects. Final coverage is governed by the written proposal, selected manufacturer product, and approved installation conditions.

WHAT IT ADDRESSES

Manufacturing-related material conditions.

Discoloration

Eligible material may be covered for abnormal discoloration arising from a material defect, subject to the product’s approved use and written project terms.

Peeling

Eligible peeling attributable to a material defect or approved installation condition may be reviewed under the warranty.

Bubbling

Eligible bubbling not caused by impact, moisture exposure, substrate failure, or misuse may be reviewed for warranty consideration.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

Physical damage and conditions outside approved use.

The warranty does not cover physical damage or wear caused by people, equipment, or conditions outside the selected product’s approved use. This includes graffiti, intentional damage or removal, tearing, punctures, cuts, abrasion or scratches from sharp objects, impact damage, vandalism, and abuse.

It also does not cover pre-existing substrate defects, loose or failing coatings, structural damage, unapproved cleaning methods, moisture or heat exposure beyond product specifications, unauthorized repairs, or changes made by others after installation.

Atlas evaluates any concern from project records, photos, site conditions, the selected material, and the written scope. A warranty review does not mean that coverage has been approved.

HOW TO REQUEST A REVIEW

Document the condition first.

What should I send?

Send photos of the full surface and close-ups of the condition, project location, original project date if known, material or pattern reference, and a short description of when the issue appeared.

Is this a complete warranty agreement?

No. This page is an overview, not a substitute for the written proposal, manufacturer documentation, or warranty terms that apply to a specific project.

Can I still request help for non-warranty damage?

Yes. Send photos and project details to Atlas so we can evaluate whether a repair, patch, replacement section, or another solution may be practical.

WARRANTY OR PROJECT SUPPORT

Send the details.
We’ll review them.

Include photos, the property location, and the material reference if available.
