1. Operator and application
These Website Terms of Use govern access to atlasfinishes.com and its public tools operated by AAF & LIMITED CO., doing business as Atlas Finishes™. They apply to visitors, customers, suppliers and representatives to the extent relevant to their website use. Please read them together with the Legal Disclaimer and notices attached to a particular feature. Separate written transaction, account or supplier agreements govern their own subject matter. A conflict concerning a signed project or sale must be resolved under those documents and applicable law, rather than by assuming that a website update amended the transaction.
2. Your use and authority
Use the website only for lawful purposes and within the permissions applicable to the content or feature. If you submit information for a company, property owner, project team or another person, you are responsible for having authority to provide it and request the proposed action. Access alone does not establish a commercial relationship, an installation engagement or an obligation to accept an order. If you disagree with the applicable terms, discontinue use of the affected feature and contact us about an alternative communication method.
3. Website content and permitted review
You may view public content and retain reasonable copies for genuine evaluation of a potential Atlas Finishes project, subject to applicable rights and notices. This permission is limited to the website operator's own rights. It does not authorize republication, resale, creation of a competing catalog, removal of attribution, use of confidential information, or use of third-party materials beyond a permission available from the relevant owner or law. A copyright notice on the site is not a claim that Atlas owns every manufacturer image or document.
4. Prohibited interference and misuse
Do not attempt to bypass authentication, share restricted access codes, probe unrelated accounts, introduce malicious code, disrupt the site, submit deceptive identities or requests, or collect personal information about other users. Do not use automated requests in a way that defeats access controls, disregards applicable restrictions or places an unreasonable load on our systems. Ordinary lawful search indexing of public pages is distinct from access to private stock feeds, protected catalogs, customer uploads and administrative interfaces.
5. Inventory and restricted areas
Inventory access is available only under the access method and authorization issued for that purpose. Credentials and codes may be limited, replaced or withdrawn, and sessions may expire. Permission to view does not permit redistribution of a private feed or imply a reservation, credit approval or supply commitment. You must safeguard access information and notify us of suspected misuse. We may restrict access to protect users, suppliers or systems, subject to any separate agreement and rights that applicable law preserves.
6. Inquiries, quotations and orders
A web form, photograph upload, sample selection, stock check or automated acknowledgment is generally an inquiry or preliminary communication. It is not acceptance of a project, binding approval of a substrate, a purchase reservation or a guarantee of pricing or schedule. A transaction requires the acceptance process stated in the relevant quotation or agreement. Confirm specifications, commercial terms, exclusions, responsibility for measurements and written changes before relying on a proposed scope. Legally binding representations remain subject to applicable law.
7. Product documents and third-party rights
Read the Legal Disclaimer for product identification, manufacturer relationships, technical tests and third-party intellectual property. Product names do not create an agency or authorization, and a technical summary does not replace an applicable current test report or specification. Downloading a manufacturer file does not transfer its copyright or grant an unrestricted commercial reuse license. Do not remove ownership notices or misrepresent the origin or status of products or documents obtained through the site.
8. Uploads and permissions you provide
Submit only files and information you are entitled to share. You retain your ownership interests. You grant Atlas a limited permission to receive, store, review, reproduce and share the submission with service providers or relevant project participants as reasonably needed to process your request or perform agreed work. This is not a blanket transfer of copyright or permission to use private project photos in public advertising. Obtain any required permissions from owners, occupants, photographers and other rights holders before uploading their material.
9. Sensitive information and secure communications
General contact forms are not designed for payment-card numbers, identity documents, medical information, passwords or sensitive security plans. Use the specific communication channel agreed for any information requiring additional safeguards. No internet transmission or storage system is guaranteed risk-free. Report suspected security incidents to info@atlasfinishes.com without attempting further access or distributing confidential data. Preserve relevant details so that the issue can be investigated responsibly.
10. Privacy and information handling
We process information you choose to submit, such as contact details, project descriptions, uploaded files and email preferences, to respond to requests, coordinate services and maintain relevant records. Hosting, analytics, form handling and other service providers may process information needed for those functions. Browser or device information and cookies may be used for security, functionality and site measurement. Do not assume that an external provider follows identical practices. Contact info@atlasfinishes.com to ask about your information, correct it, request deletion where applicable, or change marketing preferences. Legal, security and contractual recordkeeping needs may affect a request.
11. Email updates and withdrawal of consent
A newsletter signup records your stated preference for occasional Atlas Finishes news, material information and project guidance. Signup is optional, and an inquiry or purchase does not by itself require marketing consent. Frequency may vary; this website does not promise a fixed distribution schedule. You can submit an unsubscribe preference through the News page or contact info@atlasfinishes.com. A marketing opt-out does not prevent necessary communications about a request, existing order, security issue or contractual obligation. Commercial messages must remain subject to applicable identification and opt-out requirements.
12. Illustrations, automated tools and calculations
Finish previews, simulated rooms, comparison tools, search results and dimensional or stock calculations help organize a discussion. They may use approximations, translated labels, indexed snapshots or AI-assisted imagery. They are not professional designs, installation instructions for every substrate, certification of code compliance or a measurement of concealed conditions. Verify the inputs, selected product, current documents and relevant site conditions before acting. A recommendation generated by a tool is not acceptance of responsibility for a complete design or project.
13. Availability and reasonable correction
We may update, suspend or retire website functions, documents or material listings. We aim to correct identified errors but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, universal compatibility, immediate synchronization of outside data or a particular response time. If an error may affect an order or installation, contact us before proceeding. A correction to a public page does not replace the process for correcting an accepted quotation, revising a contract or handling an applicable warranty claim.
14. External links and suppliers
A link to a manufacturer, catalog, payment service or other website is provided for convenience or relevant information. External resources may have independent terms, prices, privacy practices and availability. A link is not an agreement that Atlas controls the third party, guarantees every statement it makes or has authority to amend its terms. Review the applicable documents and confirm the identity of the contracting party for an external transaction.
15. Website limitations and preserved remedies
To the extent applicable law permits, general website tools and informational content are provided as available, without a separate promise that they will satisfy every user's purpose or operate without error. Restrictions concerning website information do not cancel binding product representations, written project obligations or statutory remedies. Nothing here excludes fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, liability for injury where exclusion is prohibited, or other responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any limitation must be read narrowly in that context.
16. Suspension and protection of records
We may investigate suspected misuse and restrict an affected feature where reasonably needed to protect security, intellectual property or lawful operations. This may include withdrawing a shared access code or preserving relevant logs and submissions. Suspension does not automatically terminate a separate signed agreement, erase accrued rights or excuse a party from obligations that survive under that agreement or law. Contact us if an access restriction prevents you from obtaining a document needed for an existing transaction.
17. Applicable law and resolution of concerns
Atlas operates from Nevada, United States. Applicable mandatory laws and any valid governing-law or dispute provisions of a separate signed agreement remain relevant to a particular dispute. These website terms do not create mandatory arbitration, waive a statutory complaint process or remove rights that cannot be waived. Please first identify the affected page, transaction and requested correction at info@atlasfinishes.com so that a factual concern can be reviewed. Formal proceedings remain subject to applicable law and the relevant agreement.
18. Changes, severability and interpretation
The update date identifies the current published text. Changes generally address future website use and do not silently rewrite previously accepted commercial terms. If a provision cannot be applied lawfully, apply it only to the permissible extent and preserve the remainder where legally possible. A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not necessarily waive it for another. Section headings aid navigation. Translations should be read consistently, subject to mandatory language and consumer requirements; ask us to clarify a material discrepancy before relying on it.
19. Contact and notices
For website, rights-holder, information-handling or subscription questions, contact AAF & LIMITED CO. d/b/a Atlas Finishes at info@atlasfinishes.com or (725) 315-0569. Include the affected URL and enough detail to identify the issue, but omit unnecessary sensitive information. A routine email address is not a designation of a statutory registered agent or an agreement that every form of formal legal service can be made by ordinary email. Use any applicable contract notice procedure or legally required service method for a formal matter.
