Technical & Care
Service Life And Warranty Are Different Questions
A warranty is a written agreement with defined coverage. A service-life estimate describes expected use under stated conditions; neither is a universal promise.

Ask What The Coverage Includes
Request the terms for the selected product and the installer’s workmanship scope separately. Identify who receives a claim, required records, exclusions and any remedy described in the agreement. A warranty period from another market or contractor should not be copied into your project.
Plan For Wear And Maintenance
Review contact, impacts, cleaning and exposure at each location. Keep pattern and batch information and discuss spare material for future panel replacement. Inspect high-contact edges during routine maintenance and report changes early instead of waiting for a large visible failure.
Before Your Project Review
- Keep product and workmanship terms separately.
- Record installation dates, codes and care instructions.
- Plan how replacement panels would be sourced.
