Installation & Details
From Site Survey To Handover: The Installation Workflow
A useful installation plan assigns decisions, surfaces and access windows before the crew arrives. Schedule the project around its actual condition and scope.

Survey, Specify And Approve
Record measurements, surface condition and items that must stay in operation. Agree on repairs, material codes, a representative sample and responsibility for moving hardware or fixtures. Separate material lead time from the installation window; neither should be assumed from floor area alone.
Prepare, Install And Inspect
The installer follows the selected manufacturer’s preparation and application instructions. Inspect a first completed area before repeating the detail across the building. At handover, record approved work, outstanding items, cleaning instructions and the person to contact if a finish issue appears.
Coordinate Las Vegas Property Access
For a hotel, casino or occupied office, ask the property team about service entrances, loading areas, staging space, work hours and room or corridor release. Identify who approves vendor access and the first completed area. Record the agreed work sequence so material deliveries and crew arrival match the areas actually available.
Before Your Project Review
- Approve a surface schedule and first-area mockup.
- Confirm access, protection and work sequencing.
- Keep handover photos and care instructions.
